Order of Play:
There will be three warm up bars set up for you and one competition bar (sounds serious doesn't it).
The comp bar will increase at 2.5kg increments
You each get three attempts at whatever weight you choose on the comp bar - each time at a heavier weight you choose.
The weight on the comp bar cannot go backwards, that is, if you miss an attempt you can re-try with the same weight or rest longer and try the next 2.5kg heavier increment.
Warm up guidelines:
Make sure you do not fatigue on your warm ups! Keep the reps under two once we're closing in on you first comp weight ;)
Are you freaking out yet? Good, it means you mean business!..
Relax, we'll be going through it all together and then a big finisher at the end.
