Our gym training programs cater to those looking to improve their body and lifestyle. We have clients from 14 - 81 years old, because we're not looking for a particular fitness level, but rather a particular personality. Our club is made up of fantastic people looking to improve their strength, mobility, posture and lifestyle while complimenting a supportive training environment.

As a coach and trainer I believe it is my job, and your expectations to cater training to you; Your Body, Your Weaknesses, Your Injuries, and Your Goals. 
​Exercise selection will be altered and tailored to each of your needs, and can be summarised by this simple strategy:
  • ​​Identify and integrate correct movement patterns to avoid and alleviate muscular tightness
  • Educate and encourage individualised eating habits to avoid digestive problems and promote any needed fat loss
  • Incorporate fitness in a social, and motivational atmosphere to make it part of your weekly lifestyle
