Welcome to our Family
Sam has vast experience in training:
- Elite level athletes (Super Rugby and First grade rugby union), Collegiate tennis players, NSW Amatuer Boxers
- Rehabilitation needs of MS sufferers, Post Surgery shoulders and knees
- Health conditions including high cholesterol, diabetes, and high blood pressure
- And of course beginners and past social sports players looking to lose weight and improve their fitness for reasons stemming from a kick up the bum from their GP to looking good for a wedding!
What to Expect
Your first session is completely complimentary, we'll sit down and go through step by step:
- Your Goals
- Your injury concerns or any 'niggles'
- Your eating Habits
- Your movement
- And finally we'll work out a plan to make this a reality in your corporate life

Personal Training prices
a) 30 mins - $50.
Recommended for those not used to exercise or coming back from an injury; I always say two quality half hour sessions is much better than one hourly session each week.
b) 45 mins - $75.
For those used to using weights and looking to add some strength. To be honest 45 minutes is usually as long as we need to do the required work for your body.
c) 60 mins - $90.
For those serious about training and looking to incorporate strength with conditioning; usually sport specific work.
d) Premium Package Options:
Two x 30 minute sessions $90
Three x 30 minute sessions $130
