Educate, Motivate, Achieve Your Goals

When you start to train with me we'll sit down with you one on one to design a practical plan for you to succeed. We'll walk through any muscular aches and injuries, and help you eat better for an overall lifestyle improvement. Most Clients tend to eat better once training anyway, so the complimentary eating plans and tweaks will further help compliment your new exercise regime.
EDUCATE:
Gut Problems are our number One priority - if you suffer any bloating, IBS or general poor digestion we must fix these issues first and strengthen your digestive system.
Likewise you may be leaving your first consult with a few exercises or stretches to help alleviate tightness or niggles and help restore your body's balance.
We can then work on your macro nutrients to find the best ratio to have you feeling amazing!

Sam has vast experience in training:
  • Elite level athletes (Super Rugby and First grade rugby union), Collegiate tennis players, NSW Amatuer Boxers
  • Rehabilitation needs of MS sufferers, Post Surgery shoulders and knees
  • Health conditions including high cholesterol, diabetes, and high blood pressure
  • And of course beginners and past social sports players looking to lose weight and improve their fitness for reasons stemming from a kick up the bum from their GP to looking good for a wedding!

Your first session is completely complimentary, we'll sit down and go through step by step:
  1. Your Goals
  2. Your injury concerns or any 'niggles'
  3. Your eating Habits
  4. Your movement
  5. And finally we'll work out a plan to make this a reality in your corporate life

Personal Training prices

a) 30 mins - $50.
Recommended for those not used to exercise or coming back from an injury; I always say two quality half hour sessions is much better than one hourly session each week.

b) 45 mins - $75.
For those used to using weights and looking to add some strength. To be honest 45 minutes is usually as long as we need to do the required work for your body.

​c) 60 mins - $90.
​For those serious about training and looking to incorporate strength with conditioning; usually sport specific work.

Two x 30 minute sessions $90
​Three x 30 minute sessions $130

Getting Started
No Gym Membership Fees or contracts!

Please note, YOU DO NOT have to be a gym member to take advantage of our personal training sessions. There are no other sign ups, contracts or anything else, simply come up and train with payment at the end of the week or session is absolutely fine.

224 Falcon St - free parking on Lytton Street.
No gym memberships required if only doing personal training.
